One of my weakest points is that I don't have self-confidence, not like Hani who has great belief in herself. I usually hesitate in making decisions by myself, and when I finally have one, I hesitate again if I'm going to do it. I'm afraid of the outcome of what I chose. I'm afraid to fail because of what I've done. I also don't have confidence in my answers. That's why; even if I have answers, it will take me some time to pass it.
So when I heard the story of Hani, I was amazed by her. The character of having the courage to believe in herself was what amazed me. She, who was not a student in the school where the teacher work, chose to approach the teacher and asked to teach her English (which I think it really took a lot of courage) so she could go abroad and study more. The teacher, struck by her courageous act, accepted her. She then committed to work hard and did her best. Having these qualities, I believe that a person like her would really succeed and achieve her dreams. She proved this because she got the scholarship and was able to attain her dream.
After hearing it, her story made me realize that to accomplish great things, it doesn't really matter if your rich or poor, smart or not, but is to not stop in working hard, doing your best and believing in yourself. So now, I'm going to develop my self-confidence and the belief in myself more.
